I offer a free 20-minute consultation so you can discuss your therapy needs with me. It's important to choose a therapist that feels right for you, so this is a good way for us to meet and get a feel for each other.
I will ask about your goals for therapy, a brief overview of your history and your previous experiences of therapy or psychiatric care, if any. This allows me to assess if I have the right expertise to support you, and I will be transparent about this. I will make time for questions you may have for me.
